Communication Protocol Stack
CIBER utilizes communication protocol standards in developing wireless applications to provide efficient and cost effective solutions. A communications protocol is the set of standard rules for data representation, signaling, authentication, and error detection required to send information over a communications channel. CIBER has extensive experience in this area including VoIP, SIP and Bluetooth Stack.
VoIP/SIP/RTP/RTCP
CIBER has implemented VoIP library and toolkit developments, porting of VoIP stacks on different OS, SIP (RFC 2543) based signaling (soft phones), RTP for voice and video transfer control. (RTCP stands for Real-time Transport Control Protocol, which provides out-of-band control information for an RTP flow.)
Bluetooth Stack
CIBER has implemented the Bluetooth wireless stack on different platforms, including implementimng the Bluetooth stack confirming to BT 1.1 Standard.
