Vivek K. Marla, Senior Vice President & President, CIBER India Vivek K. Marla joined CIBER in January of 2012, and is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, operational management and delivery excellence of CIBER India, the company’s primary global delivery center. Mr. Marla joins CIBER from Oracle Corporation, where he was vice president and head of Oracle Solution Services in India (OSSI), Oracle’s first global consulting organization, which provided Oracle Applications and Technology to customers around the world, in close association with Oracle’s field organizations. Mr. Marla worked for Oracle for 20 years in leadership roles focused on driving transformational change, strategic focus, business development and talent management. In his tenure with OSSI, Mr. Marla developed a top-notch consulting organization, expanded it from 250 to more than 1,300, and simultaneously increased the portfolio of services being offered by nearly 400 percent. He also developed new markets for the organization in 40 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas, establishing the group as a global player. In the past five years, he grew revenue by more than 300 percent and consistently overachieved on annual margin. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry that has spanned the globe, Mr. Marla has run businesses in the U.S., Asia and Europe. In addition to extensive experience with Oracle, he worked with Baxter Corporation where he provided industrial engineering services in the process manufacturing environment, and Northrop Corporation, a manufacturer or defense aircrafts, where he also served in industrial engineering roles. Mr. Marla was awarded a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and earned his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He also earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Surathkal, India, and participated in the Executive Advanced Management Program at the Kellogg School of Management in the U.S., and the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. |

Vir Bhanu, Vice President & Head of India Business Vir has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology outsourcing, offshoring, and business management. Vir has been a co-founder of a technology services start up that was scaled up and subsequently acquired by CIBER. Vir currently heads the domestic business at CIBER India and is responsible for building and growth of India business for CIBER. In this role Vir has been instrumental in successfully acquiring several key customers ranging from large fortune 500 companies to mid-market customers and placing India business in a high growth trajectory for the last several years. Prior to this Vir worked with Apple Computer as Director at Apple Computer managing sales and marketing operations for the Indian sub-continent region. His previous roles in Apple included Channel management, product management, and marketing. Vir holds an MBA from West Chester University, Pennsylvania and BSc in Printing and information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology Rochester, New York. |

He brings in expertise in software delivery, program and project management, client engagement and business consulting assignments. He has worked on large scale implementations of products and projects across globally dispersed teams in several business verticals. He has been instrumental in strategic planning of the IT roadmap and corporate governance for large organizations in India, US and Europe. Chengappa ensures that projects are rightly staffed, people are trained and mentored, and transparent processes are followed, both in software development, people management and employee relations. Chengappa's focus is on growing CIBER in India, ensuring employee satisfaction and defining strategic career paths for all employees in India. |

Ruchi Kapoor – Vice President, Finance, IT & Admin Ruchi has more than 14 years of experience in consulting and managing finance, legal and administration teams of leading IT and ITES companies. She is a qualified chartered accountant and management graduate with excellent expertise in focusing individual efforts of team members to achieve personal goals that dovetails with the broad framework of the organizational goals. Ruchi brings to CIBER a deep experience and understanding of all corporate finance functions and understanding of Indian and US GAAP regulations. She is highly skilled at regulatory requirements and handling mergers and acquisitions for IT firms. |
