One of CIBER’s top clients is a world-class provider of specialized financing and servicing programs for the world's leading document management technology and services enterprise, its vendors, distributors, dealers and resellers. A $17 billion company, they provide the document industry's broadest portfolio of offerings. With over 23 million customer touch points annually, their primary functions include financing, risk analysis, credit approval, order processing, billing and collections.

Client had a target portfolio of over 50 applications being supported by multiple vendors with no view into levels of effort for ongoing support. In many cases there were applications that were supported by single individuals with no cross training or resource optimization. Additionally, the Client utilizes onsite, offsite and offshore delivery.

CIBER provided 24x7 application management services for their portfolio 50+ business critical applications for the corporate financing arm. This engagement enabled them to plan and subsequently execute “Optimization” phase activities and Client has reported year-over-year cost reduction, increased service levels, more measureable service levels and increased customer satisfaction. Currently, we are supporting a smaller subset (Billing systems). Client stated that “CIBER was able to transition into our complex environment with no business impact. We were realized our financial objectives year one.”
