CIBER has a 7-year history with a European Major Consumer electronics product development house involved in DVD, DTV, STB and other products. As a trusted partner CIBER has provided technology solutions on DVD applications and middleware; we have managed end to end DVDR component development, testing and maintenance apart from onsite development and testing support.

CIBER was involved in off-shore delivery model in providing end to end solution from design, development and maintenance of Digital Photo manager (DPM) component a new service build to provide photo management feature in DVD players and recorders that could be used by application development for organizing JPEG photos, viewing, editing, album creation, management of JPEG photos, Applying Filters ( Sepia, Color Negative, Black/White & Soften), Color Adjustment (Red, Green & Blue Tint), Zoom In (1X, 2X, 4X & 8X) & Panning (Left, Right, Top  & Bottom) that involved implementation of JPEG Decoder & Transformation  Algorithms. We were involved in consulting and on-site development, maintenance and testing work that involves Digital TV, Set-top-boxes, home media appliances and mobile chipset testing.
